Remote Baseball Coaching
At ChazM Baseball, hitting instruction is just the starting point.
I work with athletes and their families to build a complete development plan—one that goes beyond mechanics and focuses on long-term growth, decision-making, and accountability. Every player receives a structured approach to improving their swing, but also clear guidance on how to navigate the game itself.
This includes helping families make informed decisions about teams, tournaments, and training priorities—what actually matters, what to avoid, and how to stay on a path that leads somewhere. As players progress, I provide ongoing mentorship through key stages of their baseball journey, including preparation for high school and college recruitment.
My role is not just to develop better hitters, but to help shape disciplined, confident players who understand how to work, how to compete, and how to carry themselves on and off the field.
If you're looking for more than lessons—if you want a plan, direction, and honest guidance—this is where that process starts.
About Chaz
Chaz Meadows is a former professional baseball player from Concord, California — known for his versatility, work ethic, and high-level playing experience at every stage of the game.
He went on to play collegiate baseball at Long Beach State, Los Medanos College, and Georgetown College before beginning his professional career in 2016. In 2017 he signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Over 286 professional games he played multiple infield and outfield positions, earning Frontier League All-Star shortstop honors in both 2017 and 2019.
Now he brings that experience directly to hitters — remotely, anywhere, at any level.

What I Teach
After years of in-person training, Chaz realized something: lessons in a cage don't always translate to games. The cage fixes mechanics in isolation — but games are about timing, pressure, adjustments, and approach. That gap is why he built this model.
Remote training changes that. When you combine real conversations about the game with frame-by-frame swing analysis and actual in-game film from your at-bats, you're not just fixing your swing — you're building a hitter who performs when it counts.
Where It Really Happens
Mechanics are just the starting point. The work that separates good hitters from great ones happens in those live sessions — breaking down your swing, talking through your approach, and pulling up game film directly from GameChanger to see how it all translates under real game pressure.
We break down your mechanics and build an approach to the plate that fits your strengths — not a generic template.
We pull your actual at-bats from GameChanger and review them together — so every adjustment is tied directly to what happens in games, not just the cage.
We build more than a swing. Every player leaves with a repeatable system, a clear mental approach, and the confidence to trust it when it counts.
