Start Your Application
Frame-by-frame breakdown of hand path, barrel angle, and contact point — fixed at the root cause.
Swing path, bat speed, approach, and situational hitting. Real mechanics, not gimmicks.
Film submissions returned with annotated breakdowns within 48 hours, every time.
Top-tier clients get Chaz's direct line — not an assistant, not a template. Real coaching.
What I Teach
Most hitting problems start in the setup or the load — not the swing itself. Chaz diagnoses the root cause first, then builds a corrective program around your natural strengths. No cookie-cutter approaches.
Where It Really Happens
Mechanics are just the starting point. The work that separates good hitters from great ones happens in those live sessions — breaking down your swing, talking through your approach, and pulling up game film directly from GameChanger to see how it all translates under real game pressure.
We break down your mechanics and build an approach to the plate that fits your strengths — not a generic template.
We pull your actual at-bats from GameChanger and review them together — so every adjustment is tied directly to what happens in games, not just the cage.
We build more than a swing. Every player leaves with a repeatable system, a clear mental approach, and the confidence to trust it when it counts.
The Process
Every client gets a fully structured coaching system — not just feedback. Here's exactly how remote training works with Chaz.
Fill out a short intake form covering your position, age, level, and goals. Chaz reviews every application personally and schedules a free 20-minute Film Review call to assess your mechanics.
Film your swings from the prescribed angles (face-on, side view, rear view). Upload directly to CoachNow. Chaz reviews every clip within 48 hours.
Chaz returns a narrated annotated video breakdown with frame-by-frame analysis, specific cues, and a prioritized list of corrections for your next session.
Every client receives a personalized drill program organized by practice phase — pre-practice, practice, and post-practice — with linked demo videos for every drill.
Weekly or bi-weekly live 30-minute Zoom sessions for 1-on-1 clients. Review your film together, adjust your program, and get real-time coaching without leaving home.
The Technology
Remote coaching works when the feedback system is tight. Every piece of Chaz's delivery stack is chosen specifically for clarity, speed, and precision — not convenience.
Training Programs
Whether you want direct 1-on-1 access or high-value group coaching, both programs run on the same elite methodology — no compromises.
Full access. Direct coaching. Real results.
Live sessions, community accountability, and real feedback.
Results
Real feedback from players who've been through the system — youth to high school.
"Chaz fixed a swing issue I'd been battling for two years in three sessions. The video breakdowns are unbelievably detailed — he spots things I can't see myself, and the cues actually translate into the cage."
"My son had been playing travel ball for three years with inconsistent coaching. Six weeks with Chaz and his swing completely changed — coaches at tryouts were noticing."
"I was skeptical remote coaching could match in-person. I was wrong. Chaz's breakdowns are more detailed than anything I got in person. The 48hr turnaround keeps momentum going all week."
"Committed on a Monday, had my first video breakdown by Wednesday. The speed and detail of the turnaround tells you exactly how serious Chaz is about this."

Questions
You film your swings using your phone from the prescribed angles, upload the footage to CoachNow, and Chaz returns a narrated annotated breakdown within 48 hours. Elite clients also get weekly live Zoom sessions. The system is designed to give you feedback at the same frequency as in-person training — or better.
Primarily youth (ages 12–16) and high school / travel ball players. The methodology scales — the cues change, the fundamentals don't. If you're serious about developing your game, regardless of level, the programs will work.
A modern smartphone is all you need. Chaz provides exact instructions for camera placement — distance, angle, and height — for hitting drills. No tripod required (though a phone stand helps). Slo-mo mode is useful but not required.
On the Elite 1-on-1 and Group programs, if you follow the prescribed drills and film submissions for 30 days and don't see measurable mechanical improvement, you receive a full refund. No questions asked. The guarantee requires completing the assigned work — it's not a bail-out, it's a commitment to both sides doing the work.
Two live Zoom sessions per week focused on hitting mechanics and approach. Sessions are 60–75 minutes with a structured agenda: concept breakdown, drill demonstration, Q&A, and weekly assignment. Groups are capped at 30 players so every session stays focused and interactive. All sessions are recorded.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date — no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Just send a message.
Elite 1-on-1 is capped at 20 players to protect the quality of feedback. When spots are full, you'll be placed on a waitlist and notified when one opens. Apply early — roster spots typically fill within days of opening.
